Strengthening International Collaboration: Visit to Beijing Normal University Smart Learning Institu

On November 10, during a visit to Beijing, our school director had the privilege of meeting with three distinguished scholars at the Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University:

* Professor Chen Guangju, former Vice President of Beijing Normal University and current Vice Director of the Smart Learning Institute
* Professor Huang Ronghuai, Director of the Smart Learning Institute and UNESCO Chair
* Dr. Zeng Haijun, Deputy Director of the National Research Base for Educational Informatization Strategy (Beijing) and Vice Director of the Smart Learning Institute

The discussion centered around the Global Youth Challenge (GYC) 2026: Creative Thinking Challenge on AI and the Future of Work. Our director expressed sincere appreciation for the Smart Learning Institute’s continued support of the GYC initiative.

Looking ahead, we hope to see even deeper collaboration between the Smart Learning Institute, the Global Youth Challenge (GYC), and the Encore Lab at the University of Toronto, fostering innovation and global partnership in AI-powered education.
