Paul Pu Leadership Scholarship

The Paul Pu Leadership Scholarship is awarded to exceptional students who demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities and have the potential to become influential leaders. This scholarship seeks to support individuals who are committed to making a significant impact in their communities and beyond.

Award Value: $100,000, which may be distributed among multiple recipients based on the selection committee's discretion.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Demonstrated leadership in community service, extracurricular activities, or other areas.

Application Process:
  • Two letters of recommendation focusing on the applicant's leadership qualities.
  • A personal essay (500-800 words) discussing a leadership experience and its impact on personal growth and community benefit.
  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Selection Process:
  • The selection committee will consist of school administrators.
  • Applicants will be evaluated based on their academic performance, leadership essay, recommendation letters, and potential for future impact.
  • Finalists may be invited for a virtual interview.

George Vanderkuur STEM Scholarship

The George Vanderkuur STEM Scholarship recognizes students who exhibit remarkable aptitude and potential in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). This award is designed to encourage and support future innovators who aspire to advance these critical areas.

Award Value: $100,000, which can be allocated to one or more recipients, depending on their merits and the committee's evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Demonstrated participation in STEM-related projects or research.

Application Process:
  • Two recommendation letters from a STEM faculty member or research supervisor.
  • A summary (up to 500 words) of a STEM project or research involvement, including outcomes and personal learning.
  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Selection Process:
  • The scholarship committee will include school STEM faculty and school administrators.
  • Evaluation will focus on academic achievements in STEM subjects, quality of the project summary, and the recommendation letter.

Emerging Technologies and Innovation Scholarship

The Emerging Technologies and Innovation Scholarship is dedicated to students who show exceptional skill and potential in cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and other emerging technologies. This scholarship aims to foster innovation and support students who are poised to contribute to technological advancements.

Award Value: $80,000, available to be divided among several deserving candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Evidence of innovative projects or initiatives in the field of emerging technologies.

Application Process:
  • One letter of recommendation from a teacher or mentor in the field of technology.
  • A portfolio or case study of an innovation project (videos, project reports, or prototype descriptions).
  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Selection Process:
  • Selection will be handled by a panel consisting of teachers from technology departments and experts from the tech industry.
  • Criteria for evaluation will include academic record, innovative potential as demonstrated in the submitted project, and the impact of the project.
  • Interviews may be conducted to better understand the applicant's contributions and aspirations in technology.

Student Entrance Scholarship

The Student Entrance Scholarship is designed to recognize and support outstanding students who are embarking on their educational journey with us. This scholarship aims to ease the financial burden for new students who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership potential, and a commitment to their community.

Award Value: The scholarship covers up to $10,000 towards tuition for the first year of study.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Open to all incoming students.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities, community service, or leadership roles.

Scholarship Award:
  • The scholarship covers up to $10,000 towards tuition for the first year of study.

  • Multiple scholarships may be awarded each academic year depending on Eligibility and funding availability.
