Dr. Zihui Lu, PCC, Wellness Coaching Manager, University of Pennsylvania

Dr. Zihui Lu is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), coach educator, and author. She specializes in parenting coaching, career development, and emotion regulation. She received her PhD degree in psychology from the University of Toronto and currently works as the inaugural Wellness Coaching Manager at the University of Pennsylvania. She is the author of the book “Emotional Self-care: Using Coaching to Regulate Daily Emotions (情绪自救:掌控日常情绪的教练思维模式)”.

Dr. Lu is passionate about working with parents to help them navigate challenging child behaviors, improve mental health, and empower their children to reach full potential. She also works with youths directly when possible, to support their holistic wellbeing.

Lian Jing – Expert in Healing Family Trauma

With 29 years of medical experience, Lian Jing specializes in healing trauma rooted in early family experiences. A graduate of Tianjin Medical University, she worked as an OB-GYN in China before moving to Canada in 2001, where she trained under world-renowned psychiatrists such as Dr. David Burns and Dr. Daniel Amen.

She is a Level 3 TEAM-CBT therapist and the founder of the LJ Trauma Healing Method, which has helped thousands of individuals and families recover from emotional wounds and build healthier lives.

Irene Yu, Manager of Student Wellbeing

Irene Yu has over 20 years of experience in supporting student wellbeing. She received her education in both China and Canada, and previously worked as a high school teacher as well as in the student support department at a university in China. Irene has been with The Erindale Academy (TEA) for over 10 years.

As a mother of three, she naturally connects with students and builds close, trusting relationships. She often spends weekends shopping or participating in activities with students, demonstrating her genuine care and commitment. Irene excels at engaging students and creating a warm, supportive environment that fosters their growth and wellbeing.
